Coin or bill acceptor doesn’t give credits but takes money

If coin / bill acceptor doesn’t give credits and it’s not working properly, there are two main reasons for that. It can be disconnected from the mounting adapter or machine settings are not set the right way.

• Open the machine and check all connections of the acceptor. Make sure that it is installed properly and secured with rubber band.
• Enter machine settings menu and check if credit options are set the right way.
